A dedicated collector has managed to obtain every single Xbox 360 game ever released in North America, and it only took them a whopping 20 years.
As anyone who has walked into any CeX in the past few years knows, collecting retro games is a painfully expensive and time-consuming task. Some consoles are much worse than others, like the Wii and its massive amount of rare shovelware, but one system that’s generally considered to be more of a fun time is the Xbox 360.
While the Xbox 360 does have some hard-to-find and costly games (looking at you, Shattered Dimensions), a complete collection isn’t as tough as other consoles. Even with that in mind, it can still take a long time to complete, which one dedicated collector has just proven after completing a set that took 20 years and over 1,000 games.
Someone Has Managed To Collect Every Xbox 360 Game Ever Released In North America
As highlighted by Twitter user JakeSucky, Redditor uncleseeth recently shared a post on the gaming subreddit revealing that he had managed to collect every single Xbox 360 game released in North America. The impressive collection was started all the way back in 2005 (with cult classic GUN no less), and was finally finished earlier this year thanks to his son gifting him the final game, PES 2018.
A complete collection of physical Xbox 360 games is generally considered to be around 1,256 titles, which doesn’t include a lot of variants of certain games. That being said, uncleseeth’s total is 1,353 games, meaning he’s gone a bit above and beyond. All of the games on the shelf are NTSC releases, and the top shelf alone is made up entirely of an eye-watering amount of sports games.
Considering how many games are here, I was a little shocked to discover the most valuable game in the collection is apparently F1 2013, which goes for around $250 or so in North America. Still worthy, but nowhere near as expensive as some retro collections.
Some of the other notable highlights of the full set include Cabela games “up the arse”, a sealed copy of Sneak King, all of the surprisingly rare Pro Evolution Soccer games, and whatever the heck El Chavo Kart is. And here I am marvelling at how many rare Spider-Man games must be lining those walls.

As if collecting all of these games wasn’t enough, uncleseeth says that he plans on playing them all at some point, even if he knows that it’s going to take some time. While a lot of retro collection stories tend to end in tears and big bills, uncleseeth seems to be pretty happy with the end result and all of the time and work to went into it.
A promising indie game with clever mysteries, but luck-based progression ruins the fun
