No One Is A Bigger Fan Of Kim Kardashian’s Fortnite Skin Than … Zack Snyder

Despite there being literally hundreds of Fortnite skins, including some based on his vision for the DC universe, Zack Snyder is *checks notes* a proud user of the recently-released Kim Kardashian “Iconic” skin, one of an estimated 2.4 million players who’ve used the actress, reality TV show start and hopeful lawyer in the ever-popular live-service battle royale.
Don’t believe us? Well, go check out Snyder’s latest Instagram post, where he gives thanks to Kardashian for “carrying me to all those Royales” over the Christmas holiday.
“OK, that’s hilarious,” one person wrote on Reddit.
We are right there with you. It’s been known for some time that Snyder is a massive Fortnite fan, but the thought of him queuing up with random players using the very skin that most hardcore players hate with extreme passion is genuinely hilarious.
That he would go on social media to share it is really just the cherry on top of it all.
However, if you’ve been following Snyder for a while, it makes a ton of sense that he’d be using the Kim K skin over, say, The Flash movie skin.
Given His Past Interviews, There s A Good Chance You Might ve Queued Up With Zack Snyder At Some Point
The Zack Snyder x Fortnite rabbit hole gets extremely deep, so buckle up as we take you through the multiverse of “Snydernite.”
To start, back in 2023 in an interview with IGN, Snyder revealed that he got into Fortnite alongside his son, hoping to play alongside the lad, except his son didn’t quite care for the game. The elder Snyder then admitted he continued on the Fortnite path, going down a “bad rabbit hole.”
At the time, he said he was a “No Build” player who mained Mr. Meeseeks from Rick and Morty.
That same year, Snyder similarly revealed to Wired that his Fortnite love led him to stay up well past 3:00 a.m., so much so that his wife attempted to steer him into a different hobby.
“Yeah, I was playing too much Fortnite,” Snyder said of his wife’s insistence that he choose pottery. “I’m pretty good at Fortnite, actually. But it was also, you know, 3 in the morning, and my wife is like, ‘Are you seriously playing Fortnite at 3 in the morning against some 12-year-olds?'”
The answer is, yes. Meeseeks was still his favorite skin, and he said, “if you’ve been killed by Meeseeks, that could have been Zack Snyder.”
Things don’t stop there, either, as Snyder also said he’d be down to direct a Fortnite movie.
“Fortnite is an amazing world, and it is an amazing distraction for me,” he said. “But it’s really cool, and the alchemy that they’ve created there is really unique. When I started playing it, I thought I knew what it was, and then it was something entirely different.”

For what it’s worth, Epic’s CEO Tim Sweeney said that earlier reports of a Fortnite movie being in the works were false, though he did not clarify which part of the reports were false, as the insider noted that studios had passed on the opportunity to make a movie, but with the success of A Minecraft Movie those conversations could change.
Maybe Zack Snyder will get his wish, or maybe he’ll be relegated to buying V-Bucks for all of eternity.
You don’t need to be a sanctioned psyker to see these Warhammer predictions coming true
