It’s an ongoing battle for the people of Speranza to try and establish a real foothold above ground in Arc Raiders. It isn’t even the destruction or wild weather that’s the biggest threat – it’s ARC, the endless legion of machines that wiped out humanity in the first place.
It’s stable in Speranza, thanks to it being fully underground, but eventually, something has to be done. The people want something done; they want to return to the surface and reclaim the ruins of humanity, but it will take time. The first step towards liberation from ARC is to improve Speranza’s ability to track and figure out what they’re doing.
How To Find The Antennae Terminal
Our Presence Up There is a quest from Shani that’s unlocked by completing the previous quest, Back On Top, and you’ll need to head to Dam Battlegrounds for it.
This quest must be completed in a single round, and the first objective is to reach the Pattern House, located on the northern edge of the map near the Power Generation Complex.
Make sure to loot the Pattern House, as well as the Pale Apartments and Ruby Residences in the west, as these unassuming locations often contain good loot, such as Weapons, Keys to locations in Spaceport, rare materials like Toasters, and even Legendary Modifications, and these places usually haven’t been searched at all or fully.
Upon arriving, the quest will update, then head inside the building and down the first hallway on the first floor, where some trash cans are usually found, then go into the dark room full of machinery.
The power switch you need will be attached to a console against the wall beneath some pipes. Interact with it to flip the switch, then go back to the main part of the first floor and find the zipline in the broken elevator near the stairs.

Ride it to the roof of the building, then find the small yellow computer sitting on a desk near the guard railing and interact with it to activate the antennae’s computer.
This will complete the final objective, and now you can return to Speranza when you’re ready. Speak to Shani and turn in the quest to get yourself a reward of some EXP, one Buried City Town Hall Key, an excellent location to get some good loot, one Raider Hatch Key, and three Jolt Mines.
