Spoilers for AdHoc Studios’ Dispatch ahead. If you haven’t played it yet, you should.
Over the last couple of months, Dispatch has dominated many discussions in online forums. The game may have missed out on awards at The Game Awards, much to the dismay of its community, but it’s already begun to cement a bit of a legacy.
While plenty of debates have raged about the game, the most common centers on its two romance options: Mandy, aka Blonde Blazer, versus Courtney, aka Invisigal.
It’s not been the toughest of contests, with the team at AdHoc Studios admitting it regrets making it so easy to choose Invisigal, something which over 60 percent of players did, but Blazer still certainly had her admirers.
There were a few moments scattered throughout Dispatch that made Visi the more appealing option of the two, though, and a month after the final chapter was released, players have been sharing the moment that the Z-Teamer earned their love.
Dispatch Players Are Sharing The Moments That Visi Captured Their Hearts
Over the past few days, debates have raged across multiple social media platforms, with some suggesting that players only chose Invisigal because of a dream she had about herself and Robert. That earned a lot of pushback.
Arguably, the most popular Visi scene is one of her earlier ones, in which the villain-turned-hero moves off the bottom of the leaderboard. As she notices the change, Courtney is seen taking a photo of herself, not at rock bottom; it’s a rare show of vulnerability and one that audiences seem to love.
Responding to the accusation that players only chose her because of the dream sequence, Redditor Born_State_3175 said, “I’m not a f***in gooner bro. I was locked in after that leaderboard scene.

Another user cited the moment that Visi left Robert’s favorite donut on his desk in episode one, while a third said, “I chose her because she said she’s got ADHD, and I instantly related to her.”
While immediately portrayed as a stony villain, Visi undergoes one of the best redemption arcs in recent gaming history, and it’s hard not to at least have a soft spot for her by the time the game comes to a close. Unless you got the bad ending, in which, yeah, curse you Visi…
