There are several different Sects you can join in Where Winds Meet, each with its own rules and rewards. Joining a Sect isn’t as simple as just selecting it from a menu, however. You’ll need to put together clues you gain throughout the Jianghu if you want to uncover the mysteries of each Sect’s recruitment process.
The Midnight Blades is a Sect that revolves around karma and bloody combat. If you’re looking to join this Sect and instantly gain access to the Infernal Twinblades Martial Art, you’ve come to the right place.
How To Start Go Where The Voice Leads
Joining the Midnight Blades starts with the quest Go Where the Voice Leads. To start this quest, head to Halo Peak in Sundara Land, at the Halo Peak Boundary Stone. From here, head northeast a short distance until you hear a dying swordsman.
Track the quest, then approach the swordsman to begin.
After witnessing the swordsman’s final moments, follow the trail of blood to the south, then investigate the bodies. Then speak to the Ferryman on top of the cliff nearby.
He will give you a token, which you need to stain in blood. To do this, you just need to kill any living thing. The fastest way to do this is to go to any Outpost you’ve discovered and kill an enemy there.

Once you’ve stained the token, return to Icchantika and present it to him to join the Sect.
Upon entry, you’ll immediately gain access to the Infernal Twinblades Martial Art, and you can now undertake tasks for the Sect to gain Reputation.
Here’s how to get to the Ghost Market and complete March of the Dead in Where Winds Meet.
